To hold your reservation, we require your credit card
details sent via our secure server. You will be given
the option to enter your credit card details using the
reservation form accessed by clicking the above button.
If you've already sent us your reservation request and
we have confirmed availability but didn't send your credit
card details, please just fill in the form again and select
the option to guarantee your reservation with a credit
card.
- Your credit card is simply used to secure the dates.
No charge is made except in the case of a cancellation
or no-show.
RESERVATION CANCELLATION AGREEMENT
- It is important that all the guest be aware that we have
reserved the room specifically for you.

Your reservation is sacred and we defend your dates against
any and all who request them as their own.
- Your commitment is to be financially responsible for your
reservation.
- We can not be responsible for late arrivals (including plane
delays), early checkouts, change of plans or rain. That means
that you can change your plans or have your plans changed
on you but you are responsible to pay for the changes.
- If you need to cancel we will try to resell the reservation
dates for you and honorably relieve you of paying for what
we can resell, which is often possible.
- Upon check in here you will pay for your entire stay.
- Credit card payment automatically adds the 13% national tax.
- Travelers checks have a 2% surcharge.
- Cash is king and relieves the additional %.
Cancellations:
All Guests must AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING CANCELLATION POLICY
- More than 30 days notice NO charge
- 30 to 15 days notice: 25% Charge of total nights reserved
- 14 to 8 days notice: 50% Charge of total nights reserved
- Less than 7 days: 100% Charge of total nights reserved

In sending your credit card info to secure the reservation
you are accepting the reservation cancellation agreement.
