Terms and Conditions
- ** DEC 20, 2018 ** NEW HIGH SEASON RATE – $113 double occupancy / $19 for each additional adult / $10 for each child 4 years and up
- 12% Discount Nationals and Residents for bookings made directly with the hotel with 100% prepayment by credit card authorization or bank deposit.
- Family Friendly Rate – Double occupancy price with $10 additional charge for each child. No charge for children less than 4 years old. Breakfast included for the whole family.
- Based on double occupancy. Additional persons $19 extra with breakfast included.
- $25 extra daily charge per bungalow for the Easter week, Christmas-New Year’s week with a 50% deposit required 60 days in advance. In Costa Rica a 100% deposit is required.
- *For the Easter week we have a 3 night Minimum. If you want less than 3 nights please contact us at the hotel directly to see if we can accommodate you. (Nationals)
- For the Christmas – New Year’s week we have a 5 night Minimum. If you want less than 5 nights please contact us at the hotel directly to see if we can accommodate you.
- Tour Guides: courtesy room and breakfast.
- Single occupancy rate: 10% off for direct booking (not applicable for travel agency bookings).
- Tax not included (13%). Discount for cash payment at Check In.
- When you make your reservation your credit card is simply used to secure the dates. Your credit card will be charged only in the event of a No Show, a cancellation that you are responsible for, or a 12% national discount special offer. You will pay for your entire stay upon check-in. Credit card payment automatically adds the 13% national tax. Discount for cash payment at check-in.
Reservation Cancellation Agreement
- It is important that all guests be aware that we have reserved the room specifically for you.
- Your reservation is sacred and we defend your dates against any and all who request them as their own.
- Your commitment is to be financially responsible for your reservation.
- We cannot be responsible for late arrivals (including plane delays), early checkouts, change of plans or rain. That means that you can change your plans or have your plans changed by extenuating circumstances but you are responsible to pay for them.
ALL GUESTS MUST AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING CANCELLATION POLICY
- More than 30 days notice: No charge
- 30 to 22 days notice: 25% charge of total nights reserved
- 21 to 16 days notice: 50% charge of total nights reserved
- 15 days or less: 100% charge of total nights reserved
- ** NOTE – Different cancellation policies and prepayment requirements apply for Christmas and Easter week, Groups and Weddings.
CHRISTMAS AND EASTER WEEK
- Cancel 60-45 days before the date – 25% charge.
- Cancel 44-31 days before the date – 50% charge.
- Cancel 30 days or less – 100% charge.
In sending your credit card info to secure the reservation you are accepting the reservation cancellation agreement and authorizing La Costa de Papito to charge your credit card any amount owed under the terms of the cancellation policy for a NO SHOW or a cancellation.
